After consulting with her, and making small improvements, and staging our house, we got an offer for more than the asking price hours after being placed on the market. She has great input on what buyers want to see in a house and she is great at communicating. She makes the paperwork process simple and stress free and kept my wife and me updated on the process behind the scenes, so we didn’t feel anxious. If we ever moved back to the area, we would definitely use her again.
